  I am a fan of Raising Cane's. We have enjoyed this chain since it first opened in Lexington. The chicken fingers are great, and I love the sauce (extra sauce, please!). However, my recent visit to this location was not what I am used to from my past experiences with other Cane's locations I have visited. I visited at the beginning of the lunch hour rush, and I placed my order and waited... I watched as at least 3 others who had ordered after me received their food. I was finally asked what I had ordered, and then told my order had been erased. The worker behind the counter apologized, but I was kind of in a rush. When I did receive my food, it was good, but chicken fingers were a little soggy (maybe they were bogged down back in the kitchen and got in a rush?). Anyway, I am hoping they were just having an off day, and I am willing to give them another shot.
  
  More recent visits to this location have been without incident. I am a fan of Raising Cane's, and I am so glad to see improvements in the service at this location.

  Is it me or Raising Cane's is not good anymore in Hamburg? The chicken tasted chewy or something. The taste at this location has going way down.

  This is our favorite chicken strip restaurant in town.  We eat here almost every Sunday.  I am a member of the Caniac Club and present my card while ordering. We often get special promotions for buy one 4 piece basket get one free, usually on mother's and father's day, but that is alright with us since we love eating here and not crowded on these popular restaurant days.  I am glad that there menu just sticks to their strengths which is the chicken fingers! We always get our order fast and correct!  Place is always nice and clean and enjoyable.  This is the location we eat at most since closest to our house.  They also offer a 10% military discount!

  Never had any issues with the food or service at this location. Food has always been fresh, and the employees have always been pleasant.
  
  Only issue, the Closed Captions aren't turned on in the lobby. So, no accessibility for customers that are Deaf or hard of hearing.
  
  Also, they need to add a wet floor sign on rainy days at the front entrance. It's really a hazard for people wearing sandals or dress shoes.

  Fries tasted like fish. Lettuce was a sad dark color. Dude laughed at my southern accent. Charged me extra for average sauce. There's literally a Chick-Fil-A across the street!! Sorry folks, this one is a no.
